Universal Orlando Sample Itinerary

Universal Orlando offers a more relaxed and flexible park experience. While seasoned fans migh suggest a strategic approach to maximize ride time, especially during peak seasons, you won't need to plan every moment down to the minute. That makes Universal a great option for both spontaneous visits and well planned vacations. Even if you're passing through and want to spend just one day at the parks before boarding a cruise, it's totally possible.

That said with three theme parks and one water park, you'll want to give yourself time to explore it all.

To get the full Universal experience, I recommend a minimum of 4 days (excluding Volcano Bay) or 5 days if you're including the water park. Trust me- you'll want that extra time.
Each park offers unique experiences, thrills and themed lands that are worth exploring without rushing.

The suggested itinerary below is based on the minimum recommended number of days, assuming you have park to park tickets and are staying at one of Universal's on site resorts. It includes a visit to Volcano Bay, but feel free to adjust your plans depending on the season- cooler months may make the water park less appealing.

Let's dive into how to make the most of your Universal vacation!
